If this is not the life you want to live, do something about it.
Your alarm
wakes you up and you still see the bills by the side of your bed. You sigh
deeply and fold yourself back into your thick blanket because you are cold from
the worries of life which is opening up your pores and making you vulnerable.
So you drag yourself out of your bed in order to prepare for a 9-5 job that
makes you feel trapped and unfulfilled. You can’t leave the job because you
have to pay bills and the economy is not friendly. You try to put up a smile
out of the house so people don’t notice the world on your shoulders but when
you get into traffic, it looks like the world just crashed in front of you with
your angry boss waiting to tear you apart. Day after day, this cycle continues
and you start to hate the way your life looks like “shit”.
Most of us
have faced this phase of life at one point or the other. Life throws spears at
us and only a few people have the shields to avoid its piercings. We all
respond to circumstances differently and only a few makes the decision to stay
in it or leave.
Here is the
hard truth; it is hard changing your life. So would you remain stuck because of
the difficulty it takes in changing your life? The choice is yours to make.
Changing your status can be as difficult as advanced mathematics for math
dummies but it all starts to change when you make the decision to have a better
life. Start by embracing the pain and knowing that failures are necessary for a
better you. Know what you want in life. Dwell on what you love doing most and
come up with an innovative idea on how to make money from what you love most.
Start small and take it one step at a time and you will see your life gradually
change for the better. Happiness is a choice but life still happens. No matter
what situation you find yourself, there is always a way out but do not dwell on
the situation like the world is over. You can live a better life. Start doing
something about it and get rid of all excuses that will make you remain stuck
with your present reality. Tell me what you are going through presently and let
us tackle it together.
